the story up  to now

I'll try to update this page as often as possible!

Pchan detected a dangerous disturbance and, after some preparation, embarked on his journey.  The lord watanga accompanied him, and soon they found an inn where they were joined by nadeshiko moocow, who was soon after saved from a blight creature by moo-cow moocow.

The group split up briefly to try and find the oracle annica in the land of the oracle, an area of lush forests and beautiful mountains.  After a consultation with annichan, the group knew they must journey to one of xebnax's moons, but before they left they found and befriended kitsunechan, who came along with them.

The group was split up due to not holding hands on the way, and pchan and kitsunechan met lord ostentatious-display-of-power the red, who helped them liberate watanga from the castle of ostychan, which had been taken over by the possessed lord sir horn head.  Thanks to moocow's timely intervention, pchan was able to stop the blight from possessing lord sir horn head, and the blight was banished from the moon and kitsunechan saved.  The group departed back to xebnax.

Although they did remember to stay together this time, a passing ship accidentally caught them in transit.  Fortunately it was a friendly ship, sapphochan from lesbia, with its friendly crew!  Pchan quickly discussed the problem with volupta, who decided that they would have to help save xebnax.

The ever-expanding group returned to the planet's surface in a mini-shuttle and were attacked by another blight creature on landing.  They then encountered puutaakha, surgechan, and shiroi, and on the way back to the shuttle they were attacked by another blight creature, whom pchan stopped by sealing him inside a huge cupcake.

They stopped to relax for a while with a large dragon, and pchan contemplated the solstice with moocow, watching the sun rise as the dragon friend flew off into the mountains where he made his home.  Soon after this pchan detected a blight hound and dispersed it, saving dodochan and his egg.  Dodochan joined the group, and they decided to split up so as not to draw undue attention to themselves.

Pchan's group soon encountered Fat Moocow, protector of the forests, who let them know what they must do.  Meanwhile andra, volupta, and mimi were directed towards annichan's palace but unfortunately found themselves at a library instead, where they met sagechan and Moon Pig.  Puutaakha and watanga, along with their moocow friends, inspected an ancient temple to try and find clues there, discovering a portal.

As per Fat Moocow's advice, pchan and his group headed to the land of kuni and changed their outfits accordingly.  Sage soon had sappho and her team on their way, but followed upon Moon Pig to make sure they would make it safely.  Thankfully sage was there to help them when an irregularity caused sappho to land roughly on a mountainside, and annichan was able to correct the malfunction.

After a few rainy days of information-gathering, pchan and kitsunechan joined moocow and dodochan at a nearby shrine, meeting lambchan, the shrine's keeper.  In preparation for the upcoming festival, pchan was reunited with watanga, puutaakha, and the others, whose portal had deposited them in kuni.  Puutaakha detected blight nearby, and pchan prepared to go to her and shiroi and surgechan, joined by lambchan, who insisted he be allowed to come along.

A lotus had been possessed and turned dark, a truly fearsome sight.  Even pchan was no match for its power surge as it took him by surprise.  But lambchan's courage showed itself as the little lamb shielded pchan's unconscious form with his own body and his own magical shield.  Watanga arrived with the others and acted as a decoy, while pchan came to at lambchan's insistence and purified the lotus.

There was a time of rest and relaxation after this victory over such a huge part of the blight, but the quest had not yet ended.  The group split up again, with pchan's group heading to the north potato country to meet with POTANTE, emperor of all potatoes.  Puutaakha, meanwhile, decided that perhaps a chance was in order for her own look.

Pchan and his party met with bunny moocow, before hearing mysterious and beautiful music.  Following it, they found songchan, who asked to come along with them on their quest to find POTANTE.  Soon the group made their way through the nearby woods to the north, and songchan spotted potatoes frolicking, a sure sign of the potato kingdom!  Before they arrived, however, pchan met his friend mr jono nutz, who gave him a lucky nut for his journeys.

Just in time for pchan's birthday, the group met with POTANTE and his potato friends.  It was time for a very special birthday party in the potato kingdom!

After the party, pchan and his friends had fun with POTANTE and the other potatoes, but they knew it would soon come time to address the issue of the blight, which POTANTE had detected to the north, in the snow land.  Meanwhile puutaakha and watanga's party found an ideal spot to have a picnic and rest from their own journeys, and puutaakha made a poignant observation.

Kitsunechan decided to practice kitsunebi, a sort of special kitsune magic fire, and then POTANTE showed pchan and kitsunechan to the bad floating castle, where the blight had gathered.  After banishing some hounds with a light spell, kitsunechan and pchan found Thing, who remained despite his odd appearance.  So pchan decided that he would be a new friend, and Thing was very happy about this!

The group managed to find Mr Dark Lord in the heart of his castle, and with Thing's help pchan was able to make this dark creature laugh.  So Mr Dark Lord flew pchan and friends back to POTANTE, and they all went home to POTANTE's palace together.

Meanwhile, puutaakha and surge explored a hall of mirrors, and puutaakha remembered why she didn't like them.  Although watanga tried to suggest things to help her find her song, eventually puutaakha's wandering around at the fair ground drew her to the miraculous and wondrous Space Octochan, who inspired her and also summoned space takochan to travel with her.

At annichan's home, sage and Moon Pig celebrated the beauty of a spring night, and much dancing and happiness ensued at POTANTE's own home, then followed by a feast with the return of puutaakha's group.  Back at annichan's, andra played trivia games with sage and annichan, while volupta and mimi enjoyed annichan's lush gardens.

Soon everyone returned to annichan's place, after bidding POTANTE farewell for now.  Then lambchan and dodochan decided to go off to find dodochan's missing egg, recruiting songchan on the way.  Pchan meanwhile met ikapoofi, an ikapoo who floated in.  Takochan really liked ikapoofi, who floated by to inspire her while she was painting.  Lambchan's group met lizard people, and wolfie, a friend of pchan's, arrived on xebnax.

In return for the help the lizard people gave them, lambchan and friends played at their music festival as the lambchan experience, which they all enjoyed.  The lizard people decided to help them even more because of this!
